This law allows the production and direct sale of non-potentially hazardous baked goods, such as cakes, muffins, and pound cakes, from a home kitchen without requiring a permit, license, or state inspection. Our items are handcrafted with care using fresh, high-quality ingredients in a clean residential environment.
